Purpose: Way v4 is a personal navigation system that continuously determines if the user is following the suggested path and, makes a new suggestion whenever the user goes "off-path".

About the System: Version 4 of Way is being designed/developed for/by Nearby. It is envisioned as the third release of a personal navigation system.

This version is a major revision of version 3.0.

The system must satisfy the following operational requirements:

OR-1 The system must determine when the user is not following the suggested path. (see Need S-1)

OR-2 The system must be able to find the best path from the user's current location to the user's destination. (see Need S-2)

OR-3 Whenever the user goes "off-path", the system must suggest a new best path. (see Need S-2)
