Enhanced Realty is one of several fictitious companies 
created by Prof. David Bernstein, now a member of
the Computer Science Department at James Madison University,

Enhanced Realty is currently developing two different products.  
HomeBase is a database of real estate listings and OpenHouse is 
an open source library of tools and products that can be used 
to provide multimedia virtual tours of houses/apartments/land.

Enhanced Realty is planning to develop several other products, 
including: Home-a-Loan (tools for evaluating and managing home
loans), HomeWork (a system that allows real estate professionals
to track and communicate with contractors of various kinds 
(e.g., general contractors, plumbers, roofers, electricians),
InHouse (an enhanced/augmented reality system that provides 
real-time information about houses/apartments/land during tours),
and OutHouse (tools for the mobile real estate professional that 
run on small devices like smart phones).
