Purpose: Way v3 is a personal navigation system that calculates a best path, displays a map containing that path, and continuously displays the user's location on that map.

This file was created from the US Census Bureau's TIGER Boundary Files. It is tab-delimited and contains the following eleven fields:
The system must satisfy the following operational requirements:
OR-1 The system must prompt the user to enter their origin adress and destination address when it is started. (see Needs U-1, U-2)
OR-2 The system must be able to find the best path from the user's origin to the user's destination. (see Need S-2)
OR-3 The system must display a thematic map. (see Needs S-1, S-3)
OR-4 The theme must include different colors for the different "major" TIGER road types (i.e., "A1", "A2", "A3" and other). (see Need S-1)
OR-5 The theme must display the best path in "Way blue" (which is usually called "dodgerblue"). (see Need S-3)
