This assignment has 2 deliverables.

Deliverable 1:

Make up 10 questions that your client might ask that would require you to access the database you will create to obtain the answer.

Deliverable 2:

A useful chart to create is a cross-reference chart in which the column headings are the entities or objects from your database design and there is one row for each data item (from your data dictionary). Place an X in each row if the item occurs in that entity.

Note that in creating this chart you should refer to

• the original project description
• your input and output report designs
• your list of entities
• your E/R diagram or Semantic Object Model
• your data dictionary
• your 10 questions

Note that as you do each project assignment you should be making appropriate modifications to previous assignments so that your final database design will be improved and will function very well.
