Task 1: come up with a name for your group

Task 2: identify your project ( theater, university, car , photography)

Task 3: Fill in the last names of the group members

Task 4: Fill in the chart – today’s date, time will be 10 minutes, place will be classroom, members present will be those members of your group in class today

Task 5: Make up questions (5 or more) that can be asked of two (2) database projects other than your own (for each question specify which database project it addresses).

Example question for a medical database:

Who are the patients who were seen by Dr. Smith on January 12, 2006?
