Professor,

This is partly complete.  I did not have time to completely do the assignment, but you said in class turning something in is better than nothing.  I usually do not bother turning in half way completed assignments because I feel it shows the teacher I did not care for it.

No disrespect, I just had to cram for an exam for the last two nights.
