I will be pleased to explain his/her grade and to provide detailed information about their grade to anyone who requests it, provided that the request is timely. I define timeliness of the request as being prior to the end of the first week of classes of the next regular semester (Fall or Spring) following the semester whose grade is in question.

The only way I am willing to provide detailed justification for a student’s grade is through a personal visit. I will not provide detailed course grading information over the telephone or via E-mail. To obtain from me detailed information pertaining to your course grade, get in touch with me by telephone or via E-mail (either before the beginning of the semester or during the first week of classes) to make an appointment to see me. Please refer to my conference hours, which are normally both posted on my office door and accessible from my home page.
